根据事先的约定,宁波市弘德展览贸易有限公司作为MITEX2010展览会的中国独家总代理公司,拥有中国大陆公司参展的独家推荐权,所有中国公司参展,都必须经过宁波市弘德展览贸易有限公司提名推荐。其他没经过此公司提名推荐的大陆参展公司,不管通过什么渠道、什么名义取得摊位,一经发现,均不得布展,拒绝进场。

希望各中国展览公司和参展企业慎重对待。

According to the prior agreement, as an exclusive general agency of MITEX 2010 -NINGBO HONOR EXHIBITION & TRADING CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is provided an exclusive right to retail the spaces in the MITEX 2010 on the territory of The Peoples Republic of China, all the resident entity of The Peoples Republic of China which want to take part in the MITEX 2010 must be indicated by "the Company". Without the indication of "the Company", any of the resident entity of The Peoples Republic of China will be refused to attend the MITEX 2010, even though they get the spaces no matter through what channel and by what name.
